Roxio buys Napster

Obviously there are still stupid people with access to large sums of money. Roxio is buying Napster for US$5 million. Incredibly, there were still 42 people left to fire. Weren't they all get fired when Napster finally really really went out of business a couple of months ago? Apparently they managed to hang on for a couple of months more. I hope they were still getting paid.
