Not with a bang, but a pop

I hadn't realised how much I liked having my monitor at 85Hz.

Unfortunately, when it goes "pop" and a terrible smell comes out and the screen goes black, there's not much you can do but plug in another monitor.

I had to send this monitor back the day I bought it. I tried to centre the screen, and it went pop then too. This time, I was just sitting here writing that ADSL entry. This pop was a different pop — last time the power light stopped working, so I guess something else has blown this time around. Hopefully they'll replace rather than repair this obviously cursed monitor.

I'd better open the window; I think the toxic fumes are starting to get to me.
