Finally written the post page

It took me far too long to get around to it, but I've finally written the last bit of code so I can write in my blog from a web browser (rather than using vi, ssh, and a Python script).

This doesn't mean much to anybody else, but it makes things considerably easier for me. It also means I can set up the site so that other people could post here.
