It's daylight savings time again

Almost every Friday, Jack Wagner posts a "PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT" declaring that daylight saving is either about to start or about to end. And, almost every Friday, somebody thinks he's serious.

I'm not talking about this for any particular reason.
