CSS troubleshooting with Mozilla's DOM Inspector

After dealing with problems with CSS layout properties working on this web site, and trying to help others with their CSS problems, I decided to write a simple tutorial on CSS troubleshooting.

This is just the first draft, mostly containing notes on how to track down CSS problems and experiment with solutions. Soon I will add some more general CSS notes, explaining the parts of the CSS spec I usually find myself tripping over.
