Updated gaim popup for gaim 0.70

Version 0.68 of gaim required another update. It wasn't as much effort as the last one was, thankfully; even better, it made my code shorter, and it still works with 0.70 (the latest version to make it into Debian; there's a 0.71 release which I haven't tried yet).
