updated gaim popup plugin for version 0.67

Version 0.67 of gaim appeared in Debian unstable today, and once again my plugin needed an update. I doubt there's anybody using it, though somebody downloaded it at least once. :) Hell, there's probably equivalent (and more attractive) functionality in gaim itself by now.
