My RSS feed has been broken for three months

Or, at least, it was generating bad output because it was unable to read a file that was last modified three months ago. I think it's fair to say that nobody is using it. I added the RSS as a quick hack at Kevin's suggestion. But I suspect it wasn't much use to him or anyone else, because it only contains the title and URL for each blog entry. I had considered adding content, but horrible things like content:encoded made me want to forget that RSS exists.
