This is one of the best quotes I have ever seen:

"He" is Mark Kelley of Election Systems and Software, the company which supplied Alabama with its voting system for last year's gubernatorial election. A failure in one county's machinery arguably resulted in the wrong guy winning.

(I really like saying "gubernatorial".)
